Shipping & Returns

Enchanted Soy now offers a Flat Rate Shipping fee of $15 for all Wholesale Stockist Orders. Alternatively, pickup is available free of charge from Melton South.

Upon placing your Enchanted Soy order we will email you within 24 hours with your final invoice including shipping charges. The shipping charges will be calculated based on your order quantity, weight and location. Payment for the Enchanted Soy products will be paid through the website. Payment for the shipping will need to be arranged before delivery is booked.
At Enchanted Soy we strive on you receiving your order as quick as possible. We always allow a maximum of 5 business days in production and dispatch time before your order is posted.

Return Policy

At Enchanted soy we strive to make sure all products are packaged safely and securing to make sure you receive your item in the same way we sent it to you. If there is an issue with your product or a fault within the item or damage during postage please get in contact with us within 2 days of receiving your product and we will re send the exact same product and scent ordered at no extra cost to yourself. Enchanted Soy does not accept returns for unwanted items.
