Candle Care

Please read this page when caring for your Enchanted Soy Candle. There are a few simple steps to take in order to take the best care of your Candle. Before burning our Enchanted Soy range please always cut down the trim of your candle around 6mm each use so you get a nice clean, fresh burn.
When burning your candle, please burn for a minimum of 1-2 hours until there is an even about of wax burnt side to side of the jar. Please do not burn for a short period of time and burn to have wax pools around the wick as this can damage the wick and the lifetime of your candle.
When burning your candle please always make sure it is positioned in a safe place away from flammable material or liquids. Also please make sure these candles are positioned away from children or positioned in a place where they can’t be knocked or dropped.
When extinguishing the flame of your Enchanted Soy product please do not hard blow out the candle as it can cause the wax to spill and/or damage the wick of your candle.
